Return Policy

1. Initiating a Return

       To start a return, please email us with the following information to help us process your request quickly
        a. Your email address
        b. Order number
        c. Part number of the item you’re returning
        d. The reason for the return

2. Electrical Components

Please note that electrical components are non-returnable due to their susceptibility to damage from mishandling or environmental factors. All eligible returns need prior authorization and must be returned within 7 days of approval.

3. Damage During Delivery 

If your order is damaged during shipping, report it to the carrier immediately and keep all packaging for the claims process.

4. Restocking Fee 

A 35% restocking fee applies to returned items. Please ensure items are carefully packaged to protect their original condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items 

Special order items, paint, opened gasket sets, and any installed or used items are non-returnable.

6. Return Authorization

A return authorization is required in order to return your items.
